We invite you to the ASSEMBLY OF THE AUTHORS OF THE STATE ORGANIZATION “Ukrainian Agency of Copyright and Related Rights” (hereinafter referred to as the UACRR), which will be held on November 14, 2018 at 14-00. in the premises to the UACRR at the address of Kiev, street. Bogdan Khmelnitsky 41-A, 3rd floor, office 1,2,3.
Agenda:
- Discussion of the issue for the implementation of the requirements of subparagraph (b) of subitem 1 of clause 4 of section VI “Final and transitional provisions” of the Law of Ukraine “On effective management of the property rights of copyright holders in the field of copyright and (or) related rights”, namely the delegation of persons in accordance with the statute of the UACRR, as amended, effective as of January 1, 2018, have the status of a member of the Board of Authors (together not more than 5 delegates).
