In pursuance of the requirements of paragraph 32 of section VI “Final and transitional provisions” of the Law of Ukraine “On effective management of property rights of copyright holders and (or) related rights” (hereinafter – Law 2415) the Ministry of Economy announces competitions to  the following areas of extended collective management:

– public performance of musical non-dramatic works with and without text, including those works that are included in the audiovisual works;

– public announcement of musical non-dramatic works with and without text, including those works that are included in the audiovisual works, except for cable retransmission.

Applications for accreditation of collective management organizations in these areas are accepted from September 11, 2020.

The deadline for applications for accreditation of collective management organizations is October 12, 2020.

Please note that the requirements for the application for accreditation of a collective management organization and the information and documents attached to it are defined in Article 16 of Law № 2415.

Given the situation with the spread of acute respiratory disease COVID-19 caused by the coronavirus SARS-Cov-2, the date, time and place (format) of the meeting of the Accreditation Commission of collective management organizations will be announced in addition.
