INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS AND AUTHORS RETURN TO COOPERATION WITH THE STATE ORGANIZATION UACRR!
Official information from decieved international organizations and Authors begins to arrive in our new office in Kiev, on 44, Khreshchatyk St.
The real facts are revealed about how exactly the international agreements belonging to the State Organization were “transferred” to the “private bureau”.
But secrets are never long-lived.
This was done by specific officials with a specific aim – in order to make a profit by robbing the State Organization UACRR, in which, at that time, they were working.

on the termination of the Agreement on replacement of the Party
Our organization 04.06.2018 signed the Agreement on replacement of the Party to the Agreement on mutual representation № 205-P from 01.11.2016 with NGO UACRR and SO UACRR.
That Agreement was signed on the basic of the State organization UACRR officials report on its quick liquidation and actual succession by Non-Governmental organization UACRR.
In connection with the fact that received by us information was not full and its cheking at that moment was difficult the above-mentioned Agreement on replacement of the Party was signed.
After detailed situation analysis, we established the following facts:
- The Agreement on replacement of the Party was signed by the former SO UACRR director general Dmytro Kostiuk in violation of the Statute. In particular, he made a decision with the abuse of power, without according directions and without the written approval on behalf of the Board of Authors and/or the General Meeting of Authors as the highest management body.
- The information on the quick liquidation of SO UAACR – was not confirmed.
- The information on made decision about the fact that NGO UACRR is a legal successor of SO UACRR – was not confirmed.
- State organization UACRR continues collection of royalties from users on the territory of Ukraine.
- There is a legal conflict between SO UACRR and NGO UACRR including the trial, that could lead to complication of work with deductions of royalties, in favor of our authors, collected on the territory of Ukraine.
On the basis of the above with the aim of proper and timely royalty receiving collected on the territory of Ukraine, we made a decision to terminate the Agreement on replacement of the Party to the Agreement on mutual representation № 205-P and to keep the Agreement with State organization UACRR.
We ask to consider the Agreement on replacement of the Party terminated since 21.06.2019.
After the liquidation of SO UACRR we will consider the issue of cooperation with the appropriate organization, that will represent the interests of authors on the territory of Ukraine the most.

Israel playwright Mikhailo Heifets wrote a statement on the recognition of the Agreement on the replacement of the Party invalid
In the statement, he points out that in July 2018 he was asked to sign an agreement with the Non-governmental Organization UACRR and the State Organization UACRR to replace the Party in the Agreement for the performance of his plays in the theaters of Ukraine. The documents were in Ukrainian, which the author does not speak. On his question about the content and purpose of signing these contracts, he was told that it was a pure formality concerning the change in the structure of the organization, associated with its renaming, and that no royalties could be paid without signing these documents.
The fact that we are talking about the transfer of rights to a completely new and independent organization, and that the employee whom the author knew as an employee of the State Organization UACRR is already working in the new Non-governmental Organization UACRR, was not said a word. And he became aware only a few months later from third parties.
Thus, the author regards the actions of the employees of the Non-governmental Organization UACRR as a deliberate misrepresentation by hiding reliable information.

We are sure that the majority of international agreements that the Non-governmental Organization UACRR “waving” today and the copies submitted for future accreditation are stolen from the State Organization UACRR in the same way.
We also inform that the first court proceedings on this topic will begin in the very near future, and we will definitely report about it, and will make every effort to return everything stolen by careless former officials from the State Organization UACRR.
